ABOUT ME
Hello and welcome to Lotus Counselling.

I am Aimee and I am a Person-Centred Counsellor which means I believe you have the answers we need. I am here to help you discover them.

I have spent my whole life travelling and meeting new people, I have a huge appreciation for all that makes up each individual person. You are not your family, your culture, your religion, your circumstances or your upbringing but they all have a hand in shaping the person you are today.

My passion for work is helping others find who they are. I teach counselling at a local college and love to watch the students learn and develop on their counselling journey. It is the same for my clients, you learn about yourself, the impact your life experiences have had on you, and you can develop new ways of being.

I have experience working with a variety of issues clients bring to session. Not limited to grief and loss, anxiety, low mood, relationship dynamics, neurodiversity and Highly Sensitive People (HSP). If you are unsure about bringing an issue, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss if I am the right person for you.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Aimee
